You will be responsible for handling reception calls, triaging queries and directing clients to the appropriate department. In addition, you will be responsible for reviewing emails and clientonline requests to ensure they are directed to the relevant departments, ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered throughout our clients journey.You will also be responsible for the administrative function of the Bright Advice and Documentation team, liaising directly with colleagues within the teams and across other areas within the business.
