Call Centre AgentManchester City CentreMonday to Friday (No Weekends)£17,000 - £19,000 basic plus up to £25K OTE.One of the Leading Life Insurance Brokers in the UK are looking for a Call Centre Agent to join their growing sales team in their modern and spacious offices in Manchester City Centre. They offer fantastic training and support to get their staff to the high standard they work to, which allows them to earn up to £25K plus as an OTE, in a warm sales department. #this is a great starting block to get into a team where you will be rained up on. Your Role as a Call Centre Agent:- Making calls to warm leads to establish their reasons for looking for Life Insurance, checking their personal details and then passing them over to a Sales Adviser.- Offering a high level of customer service, showing excellent attention to detail and friendly and professional phone manner- Demonstrating knowledge of the industry- Representing the company as the first point of contactThe ideal candidate for the Call Centre Agent role:- Strong Customer interaction skills - Excellent rapport building skills- A money driven and tenacious approach- £25K OTE as a Call Centre Agent- A friendly yet professional phone manner- The ability to work in a fast paced telephone environment.Telephony based experience would be ideal, however this is not a necessity for the Call Centre Agent role, if you have an outbound personality and ability to build strong rapport then we want to hear from you!.If you are interested in the position please contact Sam at Time Recruitment on Required skills
