Job Description

Call Centre Advisor – Inbound & Work Frome HomeAt Red Dot we are currently recruiting for Full Time & Permanent Call Centre Advisors for a fantastic opportunity working from home. The Call Centre Advisor will require flexibility as shifts will be during Monday-Sunday and 8am - 8pm.The Call Centre Advisor will be representing a huge TV, Broadband and Landline provider which involves handling incoming calls from existing customers who are thinking about cancelling part of their services. You will do this by getting to know your customer, building rapport with them and ensuring they have the right products and services that meet their needs.IMPORTANTAfter you have applied for this role, you will receive an email with a short pre-recorded video interview to ask a few key questions regarding your experience and criteria for working from home.   • Experience of dealing with customers over the phone or face to face
