Job Description

Working within the Customer Delivery directorate you will be an effective first point of contact for our Cabin Crew, Pilots and visitors. Youll work as part of the national Customer Delivery team supporting the needs of our frontline staff and undertakingadministrative duties to provide and ensure efficiency at base.As Cabin Crew Coordinator you will provide the appropriate support and assistance to all users of the crew room and act as a first point of contact.This opportunity is being offered on a Fixed Term Contract basis for approx. 6 months. The role requires shift work and so flexibility is required in this regard.Applications close 6 August 2023ABOUT THE JOB

  • Perform all day to day administration duties ensuring compliance with company, departmental and quality systems; such as banking, flight reports and Airport ID requirements
  • Responsibility for supporting the welfare of Cabin Crew by being their point of contact for all absence and ensuring that face to face return to work meetings are completed as per our absence policy
  • Ensure that all Cabin Crew data bases are completed and maintained accurately to ensure that you are able to provide exact and precise information for internal colleagues
  • Promoting Cabin Crew and Pilot engagement you’ll look after communications at a local level, sharing examples for reward and recognition to your line manager
  • Become an expert in using our systems to provide the required level of support and advice including all cabin crew and pilot technology
  • Monitor and order stationery for all users at base to ensure that our Cabin Crew and Pilots always have the tools they need to do their job and help to deliver efficiencies within the overall customer delivery budget
  • Flexibility to work variable shift patterns is required which will include weekends. Rota will be shared a minimum of 4 weeks in advance
ABOUT YOU
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Excellent IT skills together with a natural aptitude to learn in-house systems is essential, you should be familiar with Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • A proven track record of working in an administrative customer service environment
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure data entry tasks and reporting to ensure that your work is accurate and trustworthy
  • Someone who demonstrates sound understanding of the vital importance of effective administrative work
  • Ability to demonstrate effective time management & organise your own work
  • The ability to liaise with multiple third parties & other key business areas
