AdvertMFT Employee Health and Wellbeing (EHW) service provides specialist advice and support regarding employee health issues to MFT employees and managers as well as to a variety of external clients. The EHW Service continues to provide an efficient, highly professional and cost-effective service whilst focusing activity on meeting the common challenges faced by a large Acute NHS Trust; we now look after over 20,000 employees making us the biggest Trust in the UK.The EHW Service is a multidisciplinary team comprising of Senior Managers, Occupational Physicians, Fitness for Work Advisers, Clinic Nurses, Psychological Support Therapists and EHW Physiotherapists. Working with our Service Support team, the main priority is to create a dynamic approach to maximise employee health, wellbeing and productivity.In response to the current pandemic, we are extending our services to provide a Covid-19 (C-19) Response Team, providing test results to employees and their household members and advice to both employees and managers as a seven-day service for the next 12 months.To support this new service element, we are currently recruiting a Response Team Manager and Advisors to work alongside our expert colleagues in providing an EHW service to our highly skilled organisation. The candidates will be highly motivated and competent to provide C-19 results and advice to the organisation and be able to engage will all relevant stakeholders. These roles are suitable for Registered Nurses and do not require a specialisation in Occupational Health.Taking a business partnership approach, you will work alongside EHW colleagues to provide proactive EHW services to the Trust.
