Job Description

Our client is looking for a Business Support Officer, a role that encompasses the administration around Customer Service, Logistics, Quality Assurance, Health and Safety and Office AdministrationThis is a truly amazing opportunity to secure a role with a company that truly enhances the lives of those who need assistance, and the candidate for this position will be joining a business that has researched and developed a product is at the forefront of technology as well as being part of an ethos which supports its staff, resolves issues collaboratively and rewards and recognises contributionRole and Responsibilities for the position of Business Support Officer:

  • Order management and Supply Chain management
  • Production of customer activity and management reports relating to stock, sales, and finance
  • Logistics to fulfil customer orders ensuring that all packaging and labelling is correct
  • Liaise with couriers to schedule deliveries and obtain quotations
  • Organise shipments both nationally and internationally
  • Resolution of issues
  • QA support to ensure traceability of both incoming products and outgoing orders
  • Stock control of product and materials
  • Manage on-site facilities in both offices and warehouse
  • Ordering all office supplies
  • Health and Safety checks
  • Experience required for the position of Business Support Officer
  • At least 3 years senior business support/operations experience
  • Knowledge of order processing of national and international goods
  • Stock management experience
  • Worked in a highly compliant QA based environment; process driven
  • Knowledge of administering H&S in both and office and warehouse environment
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated, proactive outlook
  • Analytical, detailed and with strong problem solving skills
  • Highly organised
  • Team Player
  • Any language skills ideal, particularly German
