The claims team is an integral part of the business with claims handling being a vital component in servicing Brokersand clients alike.This role involves high levels of data entry/processing including entering data from various sources and maintaining the database by keeping information completely up to date within specified time frames. Therefore, excellent attention to detail is key.Additionally, you will also be involved in event management and organisation, as well as being tasked with completing any ad-hoc administrative tasks delegated by your peers. Therefore, a hard-working can do is pivotal for the role.Experience and Skills Required:

  • You will be a highly organised individual and able to work calmly within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in an administrative capacity is essential, especially surrounding data entry.
  • Although not an essential requirement, a creative mind and knowledge of using Photoshop would be highly beneficial.
  • Our client is seeking a self-motivated individual who can work efficiently alone as well as being a pivotal part of a team.
  • You will also have excellent communication skills and a highly professional telephone manner.
  • It is important for you to have a friendly and enthusiastic can do attitude, showing a welcoming manner with visitors and a strong work ethic to assist with any tasks where required.
  • You will take ownership and pride in your work, ensuring the highest of quality whilst providing first class administration support.
