Job Description

Business Development Telesales Executive - B2B - Fully Remote Working (UK Based) - up to £70k OTEWere on the hunt for a highly motivated, dynamic and tenacious Business Development Telesales Executive, with previous B2B sales experience, to join a fantastic organisation on a fully remote working basis.As the Business Development Telesales Executive, you will speaking to relevant B2B decision makers to discuss their potential needs and how the companys service would be beneficial to them. You will have full ownership of the full customer journey, frombuilding initial relationships to demonstrating the system, preparing, presenting and negotiating proposals and then closing the sales.Therefore, were looking for someone ambitious, focused and driven, yet with a highly personable nature and the demonstrable ability to forge successful business relationships. You will be flexible and resilient, positive and organised and confident andcharismatic.Strong negotiation skills, successful closing skills and objection handling experience is required.Whats on offer:This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful organisation on a remote working basis, where your success will be generously rewarded. Our client offers extensive training and clear career progression; their training programme is designed toensure you are equipped to succeed and many new members of the team earn commission as early as 8 weeks into their career working on a short sales cycle.They are offering a competitive basic salary of up to £33,000, with an OTE up to £70,000. A generous and flexible benefits package includes 25 days annual leave, pension, private medical and dental schemes, STL and muchmore!Key responsibilities as the Business Development Telesales Executive will include:

  • Exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets - ensuring maximum possible delivery against sales targets through the generation of new business
  • Speaking to relevant B2B decision makers to discuss their potential needs and how the companys service would be beneficial to them
  • Demonstrating the system and identifying how it will be an essential tool to the client
  • Developing a strong pipeline of business
  • Preparing, presenting and negotiating business proposals to clients
  • Closing of sales
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales process activity on SalesForce
What were looking for:
  • Previous experience in B2B sales / telesales / business development (approximately 2-5 years)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build solid business relationships over the telephone
  • Strong negotiation, closing and objection handling skills
  • Dynamic, ambitious and tenacious personality
  • Professional, confident, proactive and flexible approach to work
  • Results driven
  • It literate with excellent MS Office skills
  • Experience using SalesForce or a similar CRM system is highly desirable
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressured situations
  • Ability to successfully work remotely
