Would you like to make a difference to the lives of thousands of care home residents utilising your ability to solution sell technology Then this could be for you!NJR have been exclusively retained to recruit a truly exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager who will work closely with the Founder-CEO in driving the success of our clients innovative technology product suite for the carehome industry and most importantly for the benefit of care home residents and their families.The company is ambitious and determined to make a positive impact.Our client has developed their technology to provide fully integrated Covid proof communication, entertainment and care planning platforms specifically for the elderly. They are currently looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Business Development Managerto help them build out the business in the UK.In addition to the care planning capability, the proposition includes GDPR compliant "Touch To Talk" technology, a full entertainment & media centre and emergency monitoring utilising a purpose designed tablet for each care home resident. It is unique and compellingbut now requires momentum in presenting the opportunity to C-Suite decision makers of the larger Care Home groups. The ideal candidate will therefore have well established CXO relationships within the UK Care Home industry, likely solution-selling software such as digital care plans. The solution includes a fully integrated care plan (unrivalled from that perspective) as one of many features yet it is effectively included gratis! We anticipate that the successful individualwill already be winning significant business with multi-year contracts and have a longstanding record of business development success within the care sector nevertheless, with our clients highly disruptive proposition, the opportunity to earn significantlymore, recurring commission, is exceptional.This is an outstanding opportunity to join an exciting early phase British, Founder-led, technology business with a social mission to enhance the lives of elderly care home residents and their friends and family whilst also providing clear value to the carehomes themselves as well as associated clinicians. The position will be home based and will report to the Founder as CEO.Main responsibilities will include:

  • Become fully proficient with this world-class technology and competent demonstrating it
  • Create and prioritize strategic target account plans
  • Generating new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
  • Conduct high level conversations with C-suite senior executive decision makers in prospect accounts
  • Efficiently respond and qualify inbound marketing leads as appropriate (e.g. from advertising campaigns)
  • "Land and expand" the solution once approved at client group level so that achieve maximum coverage and therefore revenue via unit implementations across the Care Home estate
  • Lead the process of customer integration, utilising other team members as appropriate; ensure that each site has a "Champion" who is trained in the technology and becomes the point of contact there for administration matters
  • Evangelize our client and the array of benefits their solutions offer
