Job Description

White Label Recruitment are currently working with an exciting Injection and Cast Moulding business who are currently hiring for a driven Business Development Manager to join their growing team.This family run business has been going for over 30 years and has had a steady and organic growth. The business is currently going from strength to strength and have continuous investments and have some seriously impressive growth plans for the future.This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate due to their great culture and very low staff turnover.The Role

  • Maintain existing relationships but also develop new business.
  • The business is currently heavily focused on existing accounts so new business development needs to be a key focus for this role.
  • Identify potential business for injection and cast moulding, generate leads to follow up.
  • Look at targeting new markets.
  • Utilise the CRM system.
  • Produce and deliver reports.
  • This person will be responsible for producing their own quotes.
The Person
  • Have a proven sales track record within engineering sales
  • Ideally have worked within injection and/or cast moulding, but will consider associated industries such as plastics, seals, polyurethane, or even having worked with the raw materials, etc
  • If the candidate isnt from this industry, they can utilise the knowledge of a team of very experienced Toolmakers on site, and they call also fully train up on reading technical specifications in necessary
  • Ability to manage own workload and be self-driven
  • Must be driven and enthusiastic
  • Have excellent communication skills
