IT Infrastructure and IT Security Sales Business Development Manager : Cisco, Microsoft, Cloud Migration IT Infrastructure and IT Security Sales Account Manage: Microsoft, Managed Services, Cisco, IaaS, DRaas, Cloud and more. Must have strong Microsoft and MSP experience as well as decent network refresh and security appliance sales. Multiple home based roles on offer to cover various territories: North West (Manchester, Liverpool, Lancashire, Cheshire Towns), The North (Leeds Bradford) and North Wales/Chester. Perfect for Greater Manchester M6/M56/M60/M62 corridor based candidates. £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary + Car Allowance + Achievable OTE in the region of £90K-£100K+ (uncapped) + Benefits Package.Established and growing IT Solutions company requires new North of England based IT Field Solution Sales Persons / Business Development Managers (BDM) / Account ManagersMy client is a specialist system integrator delivering on premise and cloud based solutions including Server, Security, Virtualisation, Messaging and Business Continuity based products and services, to a mix of larger SMEs, Enterprises and Public Sector across the UK.They have strategic alliances with several the worlds leading ICT vendors:Cisco, Aerohive, NetApp, Fortinet, Microsoft, VMware, Veeam & Nutanix all feature prominently. They provide a full end to end service for the design, implementation and on-going management of a wide range of cutting edge technology solutions including: Networks, Data Management, ICT Security, Business Applications & Enterprise Computing. Each of these solutions is designed to address the real issues facing business owners today.This would be either a very experienced technical Sales person or Account Manager or BDM with new business acumen. This is a new business role although there will be an opportunity to acquire a portfolio of existing accounts.Served with great marketing support including automated email Marketing campaigns and a new Dynamics CRM populated with Rhetorik data, your role will be to help develop major accounts from a blend of front line sales and development of leads supplied.The Role:Must be able to manage sale of client product/service mix, pricing and marginsMaintain and develop new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods (must be good on zoom now!) to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfactionUse customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.Required skills and experience:A proven track record in IT sales or IT Technical Sales Account Management (Minimum 3 years).Experience selling successfully to SME, Enterprise and ideally Public Sector customersYou will have good technical awareness of up to date enterprise grade Windows Server and PC Network Infrastructure set upsMust have the ability to process complex information, must be adept in use of Internet, email & Microsoft office applicationsMust be a competent writer of documentation. Excellent written and verbal skills including ability to summarise and articulate complex solutions to clients. Well-developed analytic and problem solving skillsMust be an excellent face-to-face (video) and telephone communicator. Able to demonstrate success supporting others in the businessWe are looking for someone with a good knowledge of all aspects of enterprise applications, computer infrastructure, ICT security and networking - Especially interested in people who have sold / designed solutions from AWS, Azure, Nutanix, Cisco, Fortinet, Aerohive, Microsoft, VMware, Veeam, Net App & SafeNet. Experience with SaaS, IaaS, Hosting & Business Continuity would also be useful.Interested in people that have worked for security specialists, systems integrators, VARs, MSPs (managed service providers), hosting & cloud based providersEducated to A level standard or equivalent minimum. A degree in computer science or similar technical degree would be desirable but not essential.
