The company has grown considerably and is now looking to strengthen its sales team further. The company grew at 50% last year despite the pandemic and are projecting similar growth this year. They are highly profitable and have won numerous and prestigious industry awards. Once establish you will have the opportunity to earn in excess of 6 figures. The existing client base.The Role of the BDM:Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients in a new business role. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive new business opportunities to mid-market to enterprise clients
  • You will be selling to all levels right through to board/c-level/director so need to ability to adapt your approach accordingly
  • Be responsible for the full sales cycle from initial engagement to closing the deal
  • You will be expected and happy to cold call, network and identify/engage with the correct decision makers
  • This is a fantastic role for someone that is looking to be part of a great team that really wants to succeed and help drive the growth of the business.The Candidate for the BDM role:The organisation are open minded in terms of what candidates could have sold previously. They will consider any technology sales background or exceptional new business candidates that have the ability to open doors. Historically recruitment consultants have done well in the role but they will also look at B2B new business sales people. You will need to be an excellent door opener with a great work ethic and attitude. You will need to possess hunger, attitude, energy and drive but once established you will be rewards with a 6-figure+ salary.The Package for the BDM role:·£40,000-£45,000 with £20,000 OTE 1st year and 6-figure+ thereafter ·Pension, Mobile, Laptop ·25 days holiday plus statsPlease apply for this job online if you are interested and feel you fit the above criteria.
