With a strong focus on providing tailored financial services, theyempower businesses to thrive and grow by offering dynamic finance solutions.Position Overview:As a Business Development Manager for the invoice finance division, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, prospecting, and nurturing relationships with potential clients. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the client base,and promoting invoice finance services to businesses across various industries.Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and prioritize target market segments and potential clients for invoice finance services.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to penetrate new markets and acquire new clients.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
  • Understand clients unique financial needs and tailor solutions to address their specific requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and guidance on optimizing their cash flow management through invoice finance.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the invoice finance division.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and clients.
  • Market Intelligence and Analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape related to invoice finance.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential areas for growth.
  • Utilize market insights to refine strategies and enhance the competitive positioning of invoice finance offerings.
Qualifications: (We are open to applications from applicants interested in getting into Invoice Financing, but experience is preferred)
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or relationship management roles within the financial services industry, with specific experience in invoice finance highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of invoice finance products, services, and industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to assess clients financial needs and structure tailored solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
