Your Company:The talent acquisition team at NET Recruit is partnering with a high-growth HVAC business, who is searching for a talented and highly experienced Business Development Manager in the Northwest area of England. This is a business which has seen recent heightenedsuccess, due to a strong business model and market leading products and services which they provide to a multitude of clients, covering both the contingent and rental market.The position holder will be responsible for developing new clients and contracts into the business, identifying specifically where these clients will utilise the rental lines that the business offers. It is expected that the position holder will be a relationshipbuilder, someone who can develop strong working relationships that will last and encourage repeat business where possible.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWhile in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to:* Working to a business development plan to target potential customers in a proactive and successful manner* Working alongside sales leaders to identify news markets for business* Meeting financial and sales objectives by converting opportunities to order for hiring equipment* Maintaining and building strong working relationships with clients, utilising these to business advantage to progress growth in both the short term and long term* Developing a very strong understanding of business offerings and solutions and be able to effectively present these to potential clients to highlight value and benefits to them* Understanding client requirements, in order to effectively propose business solutions that will meet theseWhat you will need to Apply:To be considered for this excellent opportunity you must have at least 5 years of experience with in a business development or account management capacity, whereupon main duties included creating and managing your own pipeline of work. Ideally experience wouldneed to be from the industrial commercial sector, or the HVAC industry. Of course excellent communication skills are paramount to this role, and this role would suit a real people person who has a track record of building and nurturing working relationshipsfrom scratch to become successful and profitable. Previous hire/rental experience is essential.What you will get in Return:The successful candidate could receive a starting salary of up to £50,000, which will be highly dependent on previous experience, sector exposure and knowledge related to the industry. This will accompany a comprehensive package including an excellent holidayallocation, company pension scheme and a selection of additional monetary and work-related perks and incentives. There will be opportunities to earn a generous bonus and you will also get a car allowance.There will be ample opportunities for further growth within the role and opportunities to meet and exceed targets leading to additional income. Full training, alongside update training, will be provided periodically to ensure a full understanding of the productand service line is maintained and that you have the tools to deliver effective sales presentations at all times.
