Job Description

Business Development Manager (BDM) -SaaS Hybrid/Remote - in the Manchester Central office when it adds value to you (travel/hotel paid for, if required)£50,000 - £55,000 + 100k OTE uncappedThe Software: enables organisations to take a proactive and preventative approach to protect their people and their culture! - It also provides clients like the NHS or Universities with the data to manage and address potential negative patterns.The Company: Recognised by Tech Nation as one of the Top 20 Rising Stars and recognised with the official certification Great Place to Work - the benefits (scroll down) evidence of this.

  • We are looking for a BDM with a track record of selling SaaS solutions and contribute to the 2023 growth plans in action!

Day to Day:
  1. Collaborate with your designated SDR to progress qualified opportunities through to the close
  2. Turn qualified opportunities into new clients... or partners!
  3. Maintain Hubspot in a manner that helpfully conveys key metrics to the team
  4. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to effectively target leads
  5. Demonstrate the benefits of the software to leads - lead demonstrations!
  6. Maintain a pipeline to ensure continuous achievement of targets
  7. Negotiate, prepare and follow up contracts to ensure signatures
  8. Analyse business trends, providing feedback for strategy and opportunity
  9. Attend networking events and conferences; a thirst for industry knowledge

  • Confident, collaborative and excited to join a tenacious team of 30
  • Prior experience selling SaaS; at a C-Suite or Enterprise level - would be a bonus!
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Confident with sales best practices and procedures
  • Excellent networking/relationship-building - ability to communicate as a trusted advisor
