The Business Development team is a centralised function advising and supporting the firm in its marketing, sales supportand business development activities. The team ensure the development and implementation of the firms strategy and help drive profitable revenue growth and develop and deliver a clear brand proposition through the firms sector focus. The Business DevelopmentExecutive will enjoy a hands on role, working with the Disputes Business Development Manager to deliver the divisional strategy, enabling them to develop and hone their skills within a highly professional and fast paced environment. You will be joining a greatteam, who all help and support each other, at a very exciting time for the Disputes Group which has grown rapidly in the last 5 years, and will work on high profile BD projects and provide BD support to partners and fee earners across 4 practice groups; CommercialDisputes, Finance Disputes, Global Investigations and Employment. Key responsibilities will include, assisting on sector targeting activities, managing, monitoring and measuring business development activity, assisting in the production of bids and tendersand providing support on CRM queries. The successful applicant will also support on events and conferences, create credentials, case studies and testimonials and own and maintain both the group content for the firm’s internal hub and also various pages ofthe website including ensuring content is kept up-to-date.The role will suit a dynamic team player with previous business development experience gained in a legal or professional services environment. Outstanding communication skills are also pre-requisite, in order to interact professionally and credibly withsenior internal stakeholders, gaining their trust and building relationships quickly.
