This role will suit someone with a customer service or sales background looking to start a sales career withing a technical software solutions environment. This is a fast-paced environment with a high standard and attention to detail and a true passion for delivering exception customer experience. About The Role: · As a Business Development Executive / Sales Prospector you will create opportunities with researched outbound prospect calls and qualify inbound leads before passing opportunities to the sales team · Youll be targeted on successfully converting prospects and managing lead qualification, so you must have the ability to aggressively meet and exceed targets · Perform outbound prospecting into target accounts to identified individuals · Be a point of contact for inbound lead activity · Qualify and rate prospects via phone and email - with the ultimate goal of creating qualified meetings for the sales team · Accurately and meticulously record client information and details of correspondence in our CRM system, Salesforce · Able to multi-task - manage email, phone and live-chat communication with prospects · Deliver polite, effective and efficient communication, working within guidelines provided at all times · Business development have to show and outstanding understanding of the full range of software solutions and how they serve the customers needs, including features, benefits, and key examples of usage Essential Skills & Experience · At least 1 year experience in a telephone sales role with preference for someone who has done outbound prospecting · Experience from telesales, telemarketing, business development or sales · Motivation to consistently exceed expectations · Professional phone etiquette with a confident, friendly voice · Excellent communication skills to include excellent use of language, strong verbal skills and high attention to detail in written communication · Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually · Familiarity with Salesforce preferred, but not required About The Benefits · Salary GBP22000-25000 dependant on experience with an additional commission offering an OTE of GBP30000 · Investment in personal development and professional qualifications · Award winning business · Fantastic office culture and working environment with chill out zones to be creative play a game of pool share ideas over a coffee and visually · 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays raising with service to a max of 38 days · Pension · Initially working from home you will be based from the Central Manchester office 10 minutes walk from Piccadilly train station To Apply If this sounds like a role you will LOVE, please send your CV We aim to respond to all successful applications within 2 days.
