Job Description

Business Development Executive - £25-30k+ com (OTE £60k) - Working from home (100%).Our vision....To create an ethical and trusted environment where business owners are able to learn, discover and access anything they may need for their business.Who are we looking forWe are looking for individuals with an outgoing personality who are confident and professional in their approach. With proven B2B sales experience and the ability to communicate with senior decision makers and business owners in an articulate and knowledgeableway. You will need to be a self-motivated individual with the ability to overcome objections and close the sale.Role Responsibilities:· Self-generation of leads· Respond to inbound enquiries with the view to converting prospect to new paying members.· Ability to upsell membership subscription levels.· Schedule new business appointments.· Updating our internal CRM system to track all meetings booked, meetings sat, meeting outcomes and new paying business members.· Proficient note taking and the ability to spot opportunities and close deals using a consultative sale approach.· Working towards company targets for number of new member sign ups.Applicant Requirements:

  • A proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Ability to demonstrate effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to communicate and present via video conference
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
  • A key ability to identify potential opportunities and link back to our offering
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
