Best of all, youll be paid through it all - even your training!Over two years, youll gain the skills, certifications, and paid work experience as a Business Analyst that you need to kick-start a fantastic new career in Salesforce.The opportunityOver an initial 8 week training period, youll learn the skills you need to wield Salesforce for your client. Well also support you to gain your industry certifications as an official Business Analyst.Once youre trained and certified, youll work with our client as a fully certified Business Analyst, giving you that all-important work experience that will help you stand out in the Salesforce jobs marketAs part of our commitment to creating incredible talent as a Salesforce authorized training provider, well also provide you with your own personal career development coach, and a tailored learning and development plan.Who were looking for Were looking for people with a background in Business Analysis and experience with at least one software development cycle, in a commercial setting. Additionally, youll have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as these are essentialfor this role.Please note: Candidates applying for this program must be fluent in written and spoken English and proficient in any of the following languages; French, German, Dutch, Arabic, Spanish, or Portuguese.Ideally, candidates will also have experience with:

• Functional Consulting
• Requirements gathering
• High-level proof of concepting
• Experience with sales and service processes
• Experience creating user stories and process flows

The best candidates will also be able to demonstrate a range of professional traits outside of raw tech experience, including: a data-oriented mindset, collaboration, strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, and previous technology consultingexperience.The following skills are not essential, but are preferred:

• Knowledge of or experience with billing concepts
• Previous CRM experience (Infor/Oracle, particularly)
• Experience in a call-centre environment
• Experience with pricing and product management
• Some experience with cost, price, quote (CPQ) or B2B marketing

To apply for this program, youll also need to be:

• Willing to commit to two years working with Revolent and our client, post training
• Based in the UK and able to work from any of the following offices in the future: Manchester, Newcastle, London, Liverpool (this role is currently remote, but will shift to a hybrid working role in the future). Candidates in other European locations willalso be considered.
• Flexible to travel throughout Europe as required by the client
• Available to start training in May 2022
