The EMEA Controllers Change Team based in Manchester, London and Brussels who are responsible for delivering an effective Change function supporting the EMEA Controllers group of my client Job Purpose: The role holder would be engaged for several regulatory initiatives ranging in size and complexity to support my clients EMEA requirements for Regulatory Reporting affecting Finance (Finrep, Liquidity & Capital reporting, local financial & statistical reporting,Anacredit amongst others). The expectation for the role holder is Project Management as well as Business Analyst.Responsibilities by skillset required:Interact with a wide range of stakeholders (production end users, system analysts, report SMEs, test resources, senior stakeholders, project resources from centrally managed programs) to collect requirements and follow up on status of identified actionsAble to analyse data capability and processesAble to produce and update documentationGood understanding of project governance requirements including planning, resourcing & RAIDsFunctional RequirementsDelivery Focused with effective time management and ability to work under pressure. Ability to understand and critically assess Regulatory Reporting processes. Ability to understand Regulatory requirements and the ability to translate them into functional requirements. Aptitude to identify and evaluate key business risks and controls.Key SkillsExperience of working for Financial Institutions, preferably global firms, in the Regulatory Reporting area. This could be either on regulatory change initiatives and/or data projects and/or production and controlling regulatory reportingGood personal skills and able to present complex problems to end users in an appropriate manner.Secondary SkillsFluent in the use of the most appropriate analytical techniques, and accustomed to using popular BI analytical tools.Experience with AXIOMSL is a proExperience with EBA reporting (Liquidity/Finrep/Corep) or local financial reporting (Belgian Schema A) or statistical reporting (Anacredit, SHS,..) is a proKnowledge on ESG is a pro
