Job Description

Gerrard White is currently seeking a Business Analyst for a contract (Outside IR35) for 2-3 months to assist as part of the mobilisation of the project to implement the FCA Pricing Rule Changes for a market leading personal lines insurance company. The Business Analyst will identify and document the end to end requirements, specifically:

  • underwriting and pricing change requirements which relate to FCA rule changes
  • requirements in relation to reporting changes for external oversight accountabilities e.g. with Brokers and Software Houses
  • requirements in relation to internal monitoring of outcomes post changes
  • requirements in relation to FCA reporting at product level
  • end to end business process flows by channel / product where they are subject to change
  • the expected delivery channel for those changes e.g. Internal Product Management, Broker, Software House MI etc
  • appropriate test scenarios and acceptance criteria
This will ensure there are no gaps in the product specs and MI solutions that are currently being worked on and also provide confidence that appropriate testing will be carried out. Suitable candidates will have previous experience in a similar Business Analyst working in the insurance sector.
