Job Description

H9 Human Resources are partnering with a leading organisation to hire for a Business Admin Officer. The client seeking a meticulous and proactive candidate to join their friendly and dynamic team.This is an immediate start for a 2 month contract for 21 hours a week.Some of the responsibilities are but not limited too:

  1. Assist in planning, executing, and coordinating projects and events.
  2. Facilitate payments for event-related activities and services.
  3. Handle requests for support via web/email, ensuring timely and efficient responses.
  4. Manage diary activities for the TLAP team, including planning meetings and appointments.
  5. Provide administrative support to the NCAG (National Coproduction Advisory Group) Chair, managing diaries and offering finance-related assistance.
  6. Coordinate venue bookings and liaise with venues for events.
  7. Manage travel and accommodation bookings for the NCAG, team members, and chairs.
The role comes with a salary of £20,000 - £22,500pa pro rata.If interested please apply to the advert.
