Salary: £51,234.80 - £62,620.30Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, 45 hours per weekLocation: South ManchesterBenefits: Competitive pension, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service, cycle to work scheme, season ticket loans for public transport plus much more.Reporting to the Head of Construction, you will supervise and ensure that all construction work under your control is built in accordance with the programme of works and ensure effective control of subcontractors in maintaining all necessary quality control checks to ensure the required standard.About You:The successful candidate will come from a trade background and hold the following:- SMSTS- 1st AID- Scaffold Awareness- CSCS Card- Advantageous to hold ONC, HNC certificate in constructionYou will be passionate about construction, house building and customer service and be an organised delegator and collator with good communication skills.
