Key role in the delivery of FM Maintenance and Repairs strategy across a regional portfolio. Efficient delivery of maintenance services providing value for money and sustainability.Client DetailsLeading professional services businessDescriptionDelivering repairs and maintenance strategy. Overseeing the transformation of repairs and maintenance.Leading on procurement of new contracts.Building Services lead on the CAFM system ensuring R&M aspects continue to meet our requirements.Ensure the business is at the forefront of innovations and delivering sustainable and carbon neutral. Delivering sustainable building services throughout the UK in line with strategy.Liaise with specialist M&E suppliers, contractors and consultants.Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.Responsibility for H&S with in the building services setting, ensuring all contractors adhere to the safety policies and procedures.Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.Prepare and present progress and performance reports.Plan and oversee all repairs, installation and project activities.Oversee the supplier management with building services and fit out contracts ensuring due diligence is completed.Responsible for ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance is met.Responsibility for building services financial management, billing and contractor costs.ProfileExperience in management of buildings services in an FM environment.Proficient IT skills, including Word, Excel and Microsoft Office.H&S qualification or willing to work towards e.g. IOSH, NEBOSH, CSCSQualification in Building Services Engineering or related subject.Hold or working towards recognised membership e.g. CIBSE, IEEJob OfferExcellent market salaryAbility to direct strategy within building managementWorking for an organisation passionate about working towards sustainable and carbon neutral goalsPackage including pension etc.
