Full Time 37.5 hours - Happy to talk flexible workingDo you want to be involved in creating iconic buildings, using intelligent solutions to deliver bespoke projects to our clients AND be part of the future of construction Then join our team as a Building Services Manager and start the future, today!About the RoleProviding technical support and assistance to the business in managing the various Mechanical and Electrical (M & E) elements throughout the tender period design development, site installation, commissioning and aftercare, you’ll ensure all worksare fully coordinated and delivered in accordance with the contract requirements. Promoting and achieving our Perfect Delivery philosophy throughout the project, you’ll ensure high standards of health and safety, safe by design, quality and customer satisfaction.About YouEducated to HNC level in a relevant professional accreditation, you’ll ideally have a qualification in Mechanical and / or Electrical discipline and will have previous experience with Tier 1 contractor with some experience in pre-construction. With a fullunderstanding of detailed M & E procedures, you’ll have a sound level of technical and professional expertise, you’ll have the ability to understand and interrogate M & E design, installation and commissioning programmes.You will be working across numerous projects and supporting several times as such you should be capable of planning and prioritising your daily diary to ensure all targets are met.A full UK driving licence is essential.BenefitsWe strive to support our colleagues to achieve a healthy work-life balance.   • You will need the right to work in the UK permanently.
  • Are you educated to degree level in a relevant subject or have the equivalent experience
  • Experience of working on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £5 and £20 million is an advantage.
  • You will need to be able to drive and provide a full UK Driving check
