Job Description

Building ManagerBasic of up to £24k plus potential of qualifications paid for Manchester The company:This is your chance to work as a Building Manager for a hyper growth Property company in Manchester!   • Site Visits
  • Meetings with residents
  • Support function to all property managers
  • Be an expert in all things building safety including fire
  • Managing the onsite team including concierges
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Instructing contractors to carry out work
  • Inspections
  • Inspection reports
  • working with Freeholders
We are looking for…
  • Previous Property management experience, or relevant residential building manager experience. Estate Agency Experience assistant building manager. Facilities assistant Property administrator, hospitality front of house etc concierge solid customer service
  • Presentable and great communicator
  • Industry specific qualifications desirable IRPM not essential
  • Self starter, quick learner and highly organised
  • Genuine Interest in Property
