Job Description

Are you a Building Manager looking to leave your mark on a modern trophy asset Cobalt is representing one of the UKs best-regarded property brands who have been appointed to lead the management on a newly developed commercial asset in central Manchester.This pristine property represents a blank canvas, as you take on the soft landings process, shaping an exceptional facilities service within the building.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Controlling and executing the delivery of a total facilities service throughout the building;
  • Acting as a key point of liaison with tenants and your client, actively building a lasting working relationship and community feel throughout the building;
  • Managing the service charge budget;
  • Managing the on-site contractors across both hard and soft FM services;
  • Overseeing the maintenance of the site, for building plant and fabric, as well as the snagging period for the building;
  • Ensuring full compliance with UK legislation for health and safety.
Our client is looking for someone with a proven track record in managing larger-scale development(s) and the ability to provide a proactive FM service by bringing together a range of stakeholders. An IOSH or NEBOSH is essential.If you are interested please apply online today
