Job Description

Marketing Manager Remote£40KOur client is a fantastic UK residential property business based in the Midlands that are looking for a fully remote Marketing Manager to join their growing team!The role of the Brand Marketing Manager is a critical role to the continued growth of this dynamic and fast-moving department. Utilising a mix of traditional and digital marketing strategies such as inbound content creation, PPC, sourcing local opportunitiesand social media, the successful applicant will work to position offering in key strategic sectors. The successful applicant will be highly ambitious, comfortable with thinking both strategically and reactively, and have a creative, entrepreneurial spirit.Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in devising inbound strategies to effectively position our range of asset types.
  • Co-ordinate and create content in various media all in line with set inbound strategies.
  • Effectively manage their social media platforms in line with brand objectives.
  • Maintaining and improving upon the companys website, with a particular focus on conversion rates.
  • Assist in the effective management of CRM system.
  • Management of PPC channels (Facebook & Google Ads)
  • Sourcing local opportunities such a traditional advertising, contacts of interest and events.
  • Design of internal and external assets such as booklets, signage and social media graphics.
