Chase Taylor Recruitment are working with a well-established Trade Counter business, who are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to run their depot based in Manchester. Our client supplies and distributes uPVC glazing, ancillary products & buildingplastics materials to the public through their network of branches across the UK.The main duties of the role are ensuring that the branch operates efficiently and to high standards and delivers the highest customer service to maximise profitability and profit margin. You will manage, support and develop a team of Trade Counter Assistantsand Warehouse Supervisors, continually promoting and expanding product range working with Sales Managers and Regional support teams to achieve sales and budget targets.Your motivation and ability to inspire people will play a big part in your success.
