Bodyshop Production Manager - Manchester areaSalary:£35k - £40k basic - £45k +++ OTE (Uncapped)Working hours/days:Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pmOvertime as and when required.Our client, an expert in vehicle accident repair, is looking to recruit an experience Bodyshop Production Manager to work within a VERY busy accident repair bodyshop.Looking for an experienced Production Manager someone who is proactive and has been in a similar role previously.Looking for a confident individual someone with a vast knowledge of the vehicle repair industry.Must be used to working in a busy/ fast paced environment.The Candidate will have strong people management skills and also be a great communicator.This role comes with a competitive salary with additional benefits including bonus, Pension. Overtime.Job role

  • To assist running the day to day operations of a busy accident repair centre with both insurer and manufacturer approvals, ensuring all body repairs and paintwork meet defined quality procedures.
  • You will have a clear understanding of modern repair processes and techniques, also an eye for driving sales opportunities combined with strong interpersonal skills.
  • A team player approach is essential, you will be responsible for overseeing and motivating a team of productive staff, planning and prioritising the flow of work through the bodyshop.
  • You will also work closely with the estimators to ensure that the site is as profitable as possible.
