Job Profile for Bid Manager - SW266719Our client, a Multi-Disciplinary Construction Consultancy, are seeking a Bid Manager to join them due to continued growth, based from their Manchester office. The Bid Manager will be working on a range of frameworks and tenders within the construction sector.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business part of a group with over 15,000 employees offering excellent benefits and progressionBid Manager Position Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £50k - £60k DOE (Possibly more for a strong candidate)

Bid Manager Position Overview
  • Oversee the end-to-end bid management process, from identifying opportunities to submitting proposals.
  • Coordinate and manage bid-related resources, timelines, and deliverables
  • Research and identify potential framework opportunities
  • Prepare and submit applications to join various frameworks
  • Monitor and manage existing framework agreements
  • Review and edit proposals to ensure accuracy, coherence, and compliance with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term bidding and framework strategies.
Bid Manager Position Requirements
  • Prior experience working as a Bid or Framework Manager within construction or property
  • Ideally have a knowledge of frameworks
  • Based within commuting distance of Manchester
  • Good tenure and seeking a permanent position
  • Must be professional and presentable
