Micro-strategy Developer - Manchester A repeat client is looking for a Lead BI Developer to join the IT Team and work with senior and talented members to help drive 2020 strategy for the year in BI. It will be up to talented individuals to make sure requirements are met and that projects are delivered to the best of your ability.Skills required from you; - Being able to use Micro-strategy for Business Intelligence and Reports- work with colleagues to take complex BI requirements, understanding what data is required and what insight it needs to provide.- present back to the business the proposed solution to make sure it delivers what has been requested- design, develop, test, and optimise solutions, with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility and standardisation- completion of individual development project plans covering all developer activity- Assist in the development of junior team membersKey Skills; - intelligence tools & applications (MicroStrategy, PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, Oracle BI)- strong experience using SQL (essential), Java & Java Script (desirable)- Experience of building management reports, suites and dashboards across web and mobile platforms- Dynamic way of working- Speak to business partners across all levels of the business, challenging and influencing along the way- Any Cloud technologies would be beneficialThey are a really exciting company with award-winning benefits too: Get in contact to have a chat or email about more details: olivia.redfearn @ or we can have a chat
