Prior experience of supporting individuals with challenging behaviour is essential. The position is to support children in Year 5 and Year 6, working with them to raise attainment, and provide the support and skilled management to help them regulate their behaviour and emotions in order to be able to learn effectively. The school is looking for someone who can be resilient, and positive in their communication style.
