A truly outstanding opportunity for a Banking & Finance Solicitor to join this Top 50 practice and be part of a highly regarded Banking teamthat works across the entirety of the UK anddeal with household names & international financial institutions.Ideally this role is suited to an Associate, Senior Associate or Legal Director with at least 2 years experience within Banking. This department are well known for their ability to act on complex structured transactions, particularly real estate and development financings. The team is able to act for borrowers, lenders & investors so they are capable of offering a full well rounded serviceto all clients and deal withhigh street and challenger banks, lenders and investment funds, private equity investors, asset managers, high-net worth individuals and borrowers. This team have approved panel status with 90% of the major UK banks and theirexpertiseextends to corporate lending, leverage finance, asset finance, real estate finance and project financeYou will be working for one of the most flexible & agile firms in the UK, that have had flexible working policies in place for a decade. The majority of staff split their time between home & the office, usually on a 50/50 basis with scope to start & finishat a suitable time to accommodate your personal life.
