Job Description

We at Interlink have been instructed by a legal 500 law firm looking to expand their Banking team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is wishing to progress their career at a well-established firm who places an emphasis work life balance.The successful candidate will be qualified with up to 7 years post qualification experience and are qualified to practice law in England and Wales or equivalent. Banking lawyers with more experience will also be considered and encouraged to apply.The Role

  • Acting for international financial institutions, this includes challenger banks and clearing banks, asset-based lenders, private equity and financial investors, high net worth individuals and corporate borrowers.
  • Advise on a broad and varied range of banking transactions including general banking transactions, acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance and asset-based lending.
  • Advise on senior debt and unitranche structures
  • Advise on complex, cross boarder transactions
  • The team works closely with the private equity and corporate team
