Where people are exploring possibilities, leveraging their potential, owning their personal development and growing lasting careers.What does the role involveYou will devise/ improve/ implement concepts, approaches and processes to derive maximum value from customer data as a strategic asset, e.g. in the following areas:Data usage: identify and prioritize opportunities for leveraging existing and potential future customer data to further improve Hiltis differentiation (e.g. 1:1 Marketing, lead management), define customer data focus areas (e.g. contact-level data) and must-winbattles (e.g. data quality for focus accounts), etc.Data transparency: develop better KPIs, create customer data management reports, etc.Data gathering: define approach enhancing completeness and quality of customer data through internal sources (e.g. sales force) and external sources (e.g. customers, 3rd party providers)Data management: enhance quality and usability of data (e.g. deletion of duplicate records or inactive contacts), create/ apply tools and methodologies to efficiently improve data quality, etc.You will create alignment and manage relationship with key customer data stakeholders across the Region (e.g. other Hub Strategic Marketing, MO Marketing/ LPEs, Trade Marketing, Sales etc.) and at Global (e.g. Global Market Reach). Youll also create transparencyof business progress related to customer data management and other loyalty enabling activities & objectives (e.g. devising and implementing loyalty reports)What do we offerWe really value our people and weve worked hard to develop a reward package that reflects this.   • Masters degree in business/ economics, engineering, information systems/ IT or related fields
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, numerical and data management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong project management and implementation skills
  • Strong systems/ database and MS Office skills; ideally programming language skills
  • SAP experience and knowledge
