Role - Automation LeadDuration - 6 monthsLocation - ManchesterPurpose of Job:We are changing the way we test our software, moving from a manual test dependant process to adopting the agile mindset and associated principles. Leading the way to an automated future state. You will drive test standards across the business, Build andmanage strong relationships between stakeholders, technology and associated third parties. The Chapter Lead is responsible for: Developing Talent - you will lead technical talent within each of the tribes, guiding career pathways: evaluating and promotingtalent. As part of the new Test Chapter Automation guild, you will be responsible for establishing testing best practice. Lead junior testers of varying levels within the chapter, inspiring them with new tools, approaches and models whilst also highlightinglimitations. At the same time, we would expect the Automation Lead to participate in programs as a subject matter expert within their specific functional discipline across a multitude of change projects. Building reliable and repeatable test frameworks inconjunction with our technology partners covering all aspects of the SDLC. However, and most importantly, you will empower people to be their best, driving change and leading the test chapter and its members, to achieving their goals.You are:
