  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of audit plans.
  • Lead and manage a team of accountants and finance professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service delivery.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the accounting and finance department.
  • Provide input into the firms business strategy from a financial perspective.
  • Drive business growth by developing new client relationships and enhancing existing ones.
  • Ensure continuous professional development within the team.
ProfileA successful Audit Partner should have:
  • A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Experience in contributing to business strategy from a financial perspective.
  • Proven track record in business growth and development.
