Job Description

My client is a full-service, award winning law firm working with substantial regional and national clients. The successful candidate will receive full support to grow as a lawyer and achieve his/her career goals, ina positive supported environment.They are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to join their successful Real Estate team in central Manchester.Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and will need well-rounded experience across commercial property disciplines, including:

  • Residential development from acquisition to site set-up;
  • Conditional contracts;
  • Options;
  • Landlord and tenant;
  • Investment acquisitions and disposals;
  • History of good billing and strong financial management.
  • Excellent communication skills and personable.
