Associate opportunity in Restructuring & Advisory within a leading full solution Advisory firm offering structured career progression and exposure to a wide range of formal insolvency cases and advisory projects.THE COMPANYA leading Corporate Advisory firm renowned for providing mid-market businesses, lenders and private equity clients with Turnaround & Restructuring, Strategic Advisory, Due Diligence and M&A / Corporate Finance solutions. The firm has grown organically andthrough acquisition to become the largest independent Advisory boutique in the UK operating from offices in all major UK cities.THE OPPORTUNITYAn Associate opportunity has arisen within the Restructuring & Advisory team offering exposure to a wide range of formal Insolvency cases and Advisory Projects. As a leading Global Advisory & Consultancy Practice, the business offers great benefits, superbcareer development and opportunities to progress both in the UK and Internationally longer term.Associate, Restructuring & Advisory responsibilities will include:

  • Working on a full range of Corporate Insolvency cases including Trading Administrations, complex Liquidations, Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs)
  • Assisting Senior Managers and Associate Directors with the progression of cases from the through to closure.
  • Supporting Accelerated M&A transaction processes
  • Financial Advisory projects including Strategic Reviews, Cash Management / Forecasting, Independent Business Reviews (IBRs) and pre-lending reviews

THE PERSONYou will be an ambitious professional of graduate calibre able to demonstrate the following:
  • Graduate or possibly AAT Qualified / ACCA Part-Qualified Accountant
  • 2 - 3 years Corporate Insolvency, Business Advisory or Accountancy experience gained within a Chartered Practice or Insolvency Practice environment.
  • Ambitious and career focused, keen to progress within a leading Advisory firm
  • Possibly some experience of Liquidations and / or Administrations
