You will work within a driven team who advise prestigious businesses within the U.K. Within this role you will be expected to confidently lead on advising various privately owned high growth businesses encompassing all aspects of transactions both buy side and sell side including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, MBIs, equity and debt raising. It is likely you will be a qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CA, ICAEW or ICAS). Client interaction is vital so you must possess admirable customer facing relationship skills. A strong career track record to date as well as academic record is imperative along with transactions experience and leadership experience in a quality firm of accountants or boutique.
