Job Description

The Customer Systems Specialist will be involved in the process of diagnosing and resolving customer related queries/issues. This role acts as the key liaison between IT, Product Specialists, our Software Support team and the user community to ensure thatchange is delivered as effectively as possible and anticipated outcomes are realised.This will require an adaptable individual who can interact with both technical post holders and business users. Successful delivery of change will require appropriate understanding of the business priorities and the ability to influence an approach to meetstrategic priorities. The successful candidate will ideally have previous exposure to SQL (ability to read, write, amend and extract data;) and experience with remote access protocols/tools (as a user).Key skills and expectations:Beginner/intermediate SQL experience (Ability to read/write across multiple SQL disciplines advantageous but not essential i.e. MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL) Solution orientated Exceptional attention to detail Keen analytical skills. Youll be analysing reports and spotting trends. Strong interpersonal skills Self-disciplined and able to work effectively alone/as part of a small team
