Job Description

Assistant Finance Business Analyst // Trafford Park // Ongoing temporary role £13.35ph plus holiday payWe have a current requirement for an experienced analyst to support one of our clients on a temporary basis through a busy period. This successful international manufacturing and business is looking for somebody with excellent excel skills and a keen analyticaleye to work alongside the business analyst to keep data updated accurately and assist with forecasting and other reports as required.

  • Upload forecasts
  • Prepare purchasing reports
  • Upkeep of system to include data management.
  • Assist in the production of monthly stock reports, supply chain KPIs and forecast reports
  • Provide analysis and commentary, where required
  • Assist in the production product costings templates
  • Assist with data gathering for producing and reporting on Sales Forecasts
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as and when required.
  • Help with production of management accounts and other department activities where required.
Person Specification
  • Advanced Excel Skills including VLOOKUP and SUMIFS Essential
  • Experience within a finance team is essential
  • Knowledge of using accounting systems is essential - SAGE preferred
  • Experience of BI Systems is required
  • Must be an analytical problem solver with great attention to detail
  • Strong communications skills
  • Enthusiastic and quick to pick up new processes and systems
