We are looking for talented people to deliver world class efficient supply chain processes for the organisation whilstalso offering a fantastic opportunity to develop your career with a first-class organisation.Working on dnatas easyJet contract, you will be working with easyJet, who as Europes leading airline offers a unique and winning combination of the best route network connecting Europes primary airports, with great value fares and friendly service.As part of the retail HUB dedicated to easyJet you will play an integral part of this delivery.This exciting role you will be a key member of the dnata Retail Finance team and be an integral in the processes underpinning the Managed Agent budget ensuring close monitoring and tracking of all costs incurred by the Managed Agent. You will play an integralpart in supporting the production all control documentation, ensuring month-end deadlines are met both and ensuring that all tracker documentation is updated in a timely manner.You will be responsible for and control the creation, coding and tracking and the relevant authorisation of POs. You will assist with the monthly preparation of MA balance sheet as well as owning control sheets for tracking and collation whilst ensuringtimely updates for the Management Accountant. You will also monitor and collate all MA transportation, labour, supply chain and 3rd party warehouse charges and invoices and complete the weekly tracker. In addition, you will support the Management Accountantwith posting of journals into SAP as well as the production of adhoc routine reports from the Data Warehouse to support Management Accountant in month-end close.You will be an integral part of a busy team and will be at least part AAT qualified or experience working in a similar role for a minimum of 3-5 years. You will have experience of operating within an accounting department preferably at a large complex organisation.You will need to be highly organised and structured with the ability to forward plan to meet departmental deadlines. You will come with excellent communication skills both written and verbal and must have SAP knowledge and advanced excel.Ensuring compliance to legislative, customer and company standards is paramount. You will maintain best practice and review and monitor processes and action changes as necessary.You will pride yourself on delivering our world famous 5* customer service, investigating issues when needed, and maintaining and developing relationships with our customers.You will be a self-motivated, consistently professional individual who works well in a fast-paced environment and take pride in all you do.
