Our client is a national and renowned asbestos consultancy, who provide a diverse range of asbestos and environmental services to clients across the UK. They are currently recruiting for a motivated and experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst based in the Greater Manchester area. The ideal applicant will hold the P402/3/4 certificates and will be experienced in carrying out asbestos surveying duties on commercial, industrial, and residential sites. Applications from Warrington, Crewe, Macclesfield, Bolton and the surrounding areas will be considered. Qualifications & Experience:"Will hold the P402/P403/P404 asbestos certificate or the equivalent RSPH qualification. Although consideration will be given to P402 or P403/4 qualified site staff. "Experience of working in this role within the asbestos industry."Excellent communication skills essential."A good working knowledge of asbestos Health & Safety procedures/legislation."Competent in using the Microsoft Office Package.Key Tasks:"Undertake asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing."Carrying out Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties including commercial and industrial."Supervising asbestos contractors on site ensuring full compliance with asbestos health and safety procedures."Collating and producing asbestos reports."Building and maintaining a professional working relationship with the companys large portfolio of clients.An attractive salary, depending upon experience, company vehicle and many other benefits awaits the right candidate.Future Select are the leading market supplier for recruitment in the Asbestos industry, we work with the best clients & candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the asbestos market.
