Job Description

A specification and contractor led sales role, promoting a range of external decorative cladding panels, with the focus on winning refurbishment projects in the residential high-rise sector.Package: competitive basic salary + £10k OTE and up to £20k with over-riders, car, laptop, mobile, pension & 24 days holidayTerritory: North West and West Yorkshire Products: External decorative cladding / large format faade panelsCustomers: Architects, specifiers, main contractors, cladding contractors, housing associations and distributorsThe Role - Area Specification Manager:

  • A specification and contractor sales role, promoting a range of decorative cladding and external faades
  • Non-combustible large format panels, with a 10 year warranty
  • Tracking and winning residential high-rise projects, with emphasis on the refurbishment / recladding sector, where there are £b in government and private funding
  • Equally influenceing and winning projects from architects, main contractors, cladding contractors and housing associations
The Successful Applicant:
  • A field sales professional with a consultative and structured approach to solution sales
  • Applicants with a cladding and building envelope experience will be readily received
  • Although my client will equally consider other heavyside / building material backgrounds
  • First class presentation & communication skills are essential
