Area Sales Manager - M&E Support SystemsJob Title: Area Sales Manager - Building Services Support SystemSIndustry Sector: Building Services Support Systems, Support Systems, HVAC Support Systems, Ductwork Hangers, Pipe Supports, Fixings, Building Services, HVAC, M&E Consultants, M&E Contractors, M&E, Mechanical Engineering, Architects, Consulting Engineers, Main Contractors, Sub Contractors, Civil Engineering, Wire Roping, Fixing SystemsArea to be covered: North WestRemuneration: £45,000neg (depending on experience)Benefits: company car + exceptional benefits packageThe role of the Area Sales Manager - Building Services Support Systems will involve:

  • Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of suspension solutions such as: HVAC / ductwork supports, pipework supports, brackets / hangers, acoustic solutions, wire roping for the building services industry
  • All of your time will be spent selling to / generating specification with M&E contractors, main contractors and sub-contractors architects, consulting engineers, M&E consultants
  • Taking over a successful area however looking to grow year on year
  • Average order values can range from £5k-£100k+
  • Will be required to conduct CPD presentations to architects, consultant engineers and M&E consultants
  • Covering the North West area with particular focus on Manchester
    • The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Building Services Support Systems with:
  • Must have experience selling a technical construction products into M&E contractors & M&E consultants
  • Ideally sold HVAC / ductwork supports, pipework supports, brackets / hangers, acoustic solutions for the building services industry (however not essential)
  • Will consider a more civil engineering background with the right route to market
  • Must be able to hit the ground running with your own contacts
  • OR currently working in a technical / engineering role and looking to get into sales
  • Ideally have specification sales experience with consulting engineers and architects
  • Technically capable of providing a solution based sale
  • Pro active and capable of working autonomously
  • Driven, hungry and enthusiastic
