Area Sales Manager - Service ContractsPurpose of the Role of Area Sales Manager - Service Contracts:Working closely with a supportive and knowledgeable technical service team, you will have responsibility for winning new contracts for the service and maintenance of automatic doors, industrial doors, car park barrier systems, turnstiles and roller shutterdoors. In addition to this you will upsell the modernisation and replacement of existing systems to an established customer base across the north-west England. Customers can include universities, local councils, healthcare, retail and hospitality, offices,transport and outsourced facilities management contractors.Responsibilities of the Role of Area Sales Manager - Service Contracts:
  • Build relationships at multiple levels within customers such as estates and facilities management to identify new opportunities
  • Prepare, deliver and win tenders for new service contracts
  • Hit revenue targets for both modernisation of existing systems and service contract sales
For the position of Area Sales Manager - Service Contracts, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Sold business service contracts to end user customers such as waste management, courier services, washroom or workwear services
  • Strategic approach to sales
  • Experience of delivering tenders and converting tenders
  • New business development and structured pipeline management
  • Initiative and able to work independently
  • Presentation skills
  • Must be well presented, ambitious, driven, enthusiastic, articulate and personable
  • Driving licence
