Job Description

Application Support AnalystHybrid Working/ManchesterUp to £28k On behalf of our well-established client based in Manchester, we are recruiting for a talented Application Support Analyst. As a Support Analyst, you will instil confidence into clients and ensure that issues reported are logged via the ticketing systemcorrectly and resolved in a manner befitting the urgency of the query.The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Assist with both internal and external (client) queries relating to the software and third-party integrations our clients provide.
  • Building strong relationships with the client base
  • Ensure that issues that are reported are dealt with in a timely and effective manner
  • Ensure that client feedback is logged and communicate with all departments across the Organisation.
The Application Support Analyst will have the following:
  • Experience working in a software application support position
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • The ability to work to pre-defined SLAs
  • The ability to log clear and concise information into Zendesk (Ticket System)
  • Ability to manage workload independently
