Job Description

Role Summary and Purpose Arch are currently recruiting for an Agency Coordinator to join our expanding business. The successful candidate will be a part of the newly centralised Agency team, and will be responsible for managing Agency data and queries raised by our Intermediaries,both in the UK and Internationally. The Agency team resides within the wider Operations Team of Arch.Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Ownership and accountability for dealing with Agency customer queries through to resolution.
  • Building external relationships with Arch Intermediaries.
  • Act as an internal point of contact for Agency queries.
  • Following agreed processes and procedures to ensure customer service standards are consistently achieved.
  • Working within agreed SLA’s to ensure effective stakeholder management.
  • Proactive diary management to ensure activities are completed in line with Regulatory requirements.
  • Working closely with business teams (in particular Underwriting, Operations and Claims) to ensure data is appropriately processed and recorded in key business systems.
  • Maintain Agency Database, ensuring timely accuracy of processing.
Role Requirements and SkillsSkills / Competencies
  • Excellent eye for detail in an audited environment.
  • Ability to problem solve, and resolve issues.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage own workload, prioritising tasks appropriately and ensuring that SLAs are achieved.
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people face to face and over the telephone.
  • Good written communication skills.
Qualifications
  • Ideally degree educated.
Experience
  • Experience of managing queries to successful resolution.
  • Experience of working in a Regulated environment is preferable.
  • Experience of stakeholder management at different levels is preferable.
  • Insurance experience is preferable.
